Retail sales associate

Our busy retail store in Al-Rayyan is seeking a motivated and friendly Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

This is a part‑time position with flexible hours, making it ideal for someone looking for extra income or for those with other commitments. We welcome Indian nationals with their own visa to apply for this opportunity.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain knowledge of our products and services to effectively answer customer inquiries.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Assist with restocking merchandise and maintaining product displays.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized and visually appealing at all times.
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Meet daily sales targets set by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail sales experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills in English;
  Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Basic math skills to process sales transactions accurately.
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently when needed.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
