Retail sales associate

We are seeking a driven and customer‑oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Al‑Rayyan. As a Sales Associate you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register
• Ensure the store is clean, organized and well‑stocked at all times
• Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Meet sales goals by upselling and cross‑selling products to customers
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store success

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays

900$ per month
