Indian Retail Sales Associate

We are hiring a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As an Indian Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your main duties will include assisting customers with their purchases, stocking and organizing merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

• - Indian nationality preferred
• - Previous retail sales experience is a plus
• - Excellent communication and customer service skills
• - Ability to work well in a team environment
• - Basic math skills for processing transactions
• - Must be physically able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25lbs

• - Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with finding products
• - Recommend products based on customers' needs and preferences
• - Process transactions accurately using the cash register or POS system
• - Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions, policies, and procedures
• - Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
• - Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed
• - Ensure all product pricing is accurate
• - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
