Cashier - Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are seeking a competent and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions with customers and maintaining accurate financial records. This is a full-time job that requires previous cashier experience.

• Greet customers and provide them with an excellent shopping experience
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, as well as store policies regarding payments, returns, and exchanges
• Ensure all cash handling procedures are followed strictly
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure correct amounts
• Maintain accurate transaction records and balance cash drawers at the end of each shift
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized checkout area
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Upsell products and services when appropriate

• Previous cashier or retail experience is required
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
• Basic math skills are essential
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds

This position offers a salary of 1800$ per month.
