Florist Assistant

We are seeking a passionate and creative Florist Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Florist Assistant, you will work closely with our head florist to assist in all aspects of floral design and shop management.

• Assist with the daily operations of the flower shop including arranging flowers, creating bouquets, and maintaining inventory
• Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and offering suggestions
• Ensure the shop is clean and presentable at all times
• Assist with purchasing flowers and supplies from vendors
  
  Help with marketing efforts such as creating social media posts and designing promotional materials
• Participate in floral design workshops and training sessions to improve skills

• Passion for flowers and floral design
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of different types of flowers and their care instructions
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not required
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

This is a part-time position with the potential for growth within our company.

Compensation for this position starts at 1200$ per month.
