Our retail store in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a sales associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience while also contributing to the overall success of our store.

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and assist them in finding the right products
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked and products are displayed attractively
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals
• Uphold company policies and procedures at all times

• Previous experience in retail sales preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Customer service oriented mindset
• Basic math skills for processing transactions
• Willingness to learn about new products and services

This is a contract job with accommodation provided. We welcome applicants who are students or of African nationality. English fluency is necessary as it is the primary language spoken within the store.

We offer flexible working hours, but applicants must be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.
