We are searching for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our retail team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Pakistani national, you will bring your excellent communication skills in English and your experience in retail sales to provide exceptional service to our diverse clientele.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a well-stocked and organized store environment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
• Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency

• Pakistani nationality preferred
• Fluent in English language, both written and spoken
• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for processing transactions
• Must be able to work full time with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
