Our retail company in Al-Rayyan is seeking a skilled and experienced Retail Merchandiser to join our team. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays, analyzing sales data, and implementing effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

• Create eye-catching displays that showcase our products and attract customers
• Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to determine product placement and stock levels
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions and sales strategies
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' products
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products
• Work closely with suppliers to negotiate prices, discounts, and product availability
• Train and supervise retail staff on merchandising techniques and procedures
• Monitor store layout and make necessary adjustments for optimal traffic flow

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Retail Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
• Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles, techniques, and current trends
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
• Familiarity with market research methods and analysis
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build positive relationships with suppliers
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Malayalam (preferred) or English

Salary: 1000$ per month

Al-Rayyan, Qatar

Preference will be given to Malayalee candidates. Accommodation will be provided along with visa sponsorship. This is an urgent position so candidates must have relevant experience.
