Retail Sales Associate - Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Nepali candidates preferred)

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring the store is well-maintained and stocked.

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Stock shelves and regularly check inventory levels
• Assist with visual merchandising to attract customers
• Process returns and exchanges according to company policies

• Must be fluent in Nepali (English language skills preferred but not required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
• Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Starting salary of 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
