Merchandiser English-speaking Market in Al-Rayyan

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Rayyan Qatar As a Merchandiser you will be responsible for managing the display and promotion of products in retail stores ensuring they are visually appealing and strategically placed to increase sales This position specifically focuses on the English-speaking market in Al-Rayyan

• Develop and implement merchandising plans that align with company goals and target audience
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify popular products and create effective displays
• Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on trends competition and customer preferences
• Negotiate with store managers for prime product placement and promotional opportunities
• Train store staff on product knowledge and display techniques

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in retail industry
• Fluent in English both written and verbal
• Excellent communication negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of merchandising principles trends and best practices
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends when necessary

This position offers a competitive salary of 1800$ per month
