Merchandiser - Al-Rayyan, Egypt

We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing merchandising strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills and a passion for retail.

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve customer experience
• Plan and execute product displays and promotions in line with company standards
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure stock availability
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new products
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, sales, and operations to coordinate merchandising activities
• Train and supervise junior merchandisers on product presentation standards
• Analyze sales data to determine the success of merchandising strategies and make adjustments as needed

• Egyptian nationality preferred
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field is a plus
• Prior experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Strong understanding of retail trends and customer preferences
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Must have own visa
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Available for part-time work
