- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base across key market sectors.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Develop a robust CRM process and ensure effective customer relationship management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, manage pipelines, and drive business development initiatives.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies and business processes.
- Expand business opportunities beyond Qatar and strengthen the company's regional footprint.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (Master's degree is an advantage).
- 10-15 years of experience with leading structural steel fabrication companies.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior sales management role within the GCC market
. - Proven track record in structural steel fabrication, Oil & Gas EPC projects, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Strong experience in the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) industry.
- Excellent leadership, business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of market trends, sales strategies, and revenue growth planning.
- ERP knowledge, preferably SAP.
- Arabic speaker with excellent command of English.
