Sales Manager - English speaking (Indians preferred)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue. This is a contract job with the potential for permanent employment based on performance. We welcome candidates without prior experience in sales, as long as they possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Indian nationals with biometric passports are preferred, but applications from all nationalities are welcome.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
• Establish strong relationships with clients and maintain regular communication
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities
• Create proposals and negotiate contracts with clients
• Monitor sales performance and provide timely reports to management
• Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

• Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
• Indian nationality (preferred) with a valid biometric passport
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: 1600$ per month
