Indian Sales Manager in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. Contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month, along with free visa and ticket. We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Indian Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
• Identify potential clients and build strong relationships to generate new leads.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
• Train and manage the sales team to ensure they meet their targets.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth business operations.
• Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's products/services.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management preferably in the same industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of market trends and competitors' activities.
• Must be willing to relocate to Al-Rayyan, Qatar.
