Sales Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding the company's customer base.
• Lead negotiations and close deals with clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve optimum performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in the same industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with others.
• Knowledge of market trends and competition in the industry.

1600$ per month + commission based on performance.
