A reputable company in Al-Rayyan is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and a strong understanding of the Indian market. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets in the Indian market
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
• Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
• Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance and provide feedback on areas of improvement
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Indian market
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month along with attractive commission structure. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided.
