We are looking for a skilled and experienced Hotel Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Hotel Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities and equipment are well-maintained and in good working condition to provide a comfortable and safe experience for our guests.

• Conduct routine maintenance checks on all hotel facilities and equipment including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for repairs or maintenance issues.
• Troubleshoot and repair any issues with hotel equipment or facilities.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks as needed to ensure efficient operation of all equipment.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and materials necessary for maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with external contractors or vendors for major repairs or renovations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
• Train and supervise junior maintenance staff as needed.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel maintenance or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other mechanical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly.
• Good communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and external contractors/vendors.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Certification in HVAC or other relevant technical fields.
• Experience working in luxury hotels or resorts.

This position requires working on weekends, holidays, and during evenings as needed. The Hotel Maintenance Engineer may also be required to be on-call for emergency repairs outside of regular working hours. The work environment includes exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and other hazards associated with maintenance work. Appropriate personal protective equipment will be provided.
