Loader Operator

As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and unload materials in a safe and efficient manner. Your primary role will be to operate the loader to move and transport various materials, including sand, gravel and construction materials. You will work closely with the site supervisor to ensure that all loading operations are carried out according to company policies and procedures and that all safety protocols are followed.

• Operate the loader in a safe and efficient manner
• Load and unload materials using the loader
• Transport materials to designated locations within the site
• Inspect equipment before each use to ensure it is in proper working order
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies while operating the loader
• Communicate effectively with the site supervisor, team members and other personnel on the job site
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area
• Assist with general labor tasks as needed

• Previous experience operating heavy machinery, specifically loaders
• Familiarity with safety procedures for operating heavy equipment
• Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English or Hindi
• Preference for Indian candidates
• Valid driver’s license
• Preference for candidates without accommodation requirements
