Courier Delivery Assistant

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Courier Delivery Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Courier Delivery Assistant, you will assist the Courier Driver in delivering packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner. This is an ideal position for someone who is looking for a job without any previous experience or English language skills, as full training will be provided.

The salary for this position is 900$ per month, with the added benefit of accommodation provided by the company. Applicants must have their own visa and be able to work legally in Qatar.

• Assist the Courier Driver with loading and unloading packages from the delivery vehicle
• Ensure all packages are properly secured and organized for delivery
• Deliver packages to customers according to designated routes and schedules
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and answering any questions they may have about their package
• Collect payments from customers if required
• Keep accurate records of delivered packages and payments received
• Report any delivery delays or issues to the Courier Driver immediately
• Follow all safety protocols while on the road

• Must be a Canadian citizen or resident with a valid passport
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy packages throughout the day
• Must have basic communication skills in English or Arabic (preferred)
• Able to follow directions and work independently when required
• Must have own visa and be able to work legally in Qatar
• Previous experience in delivery or customer service is an asset but not required
