We are a reputable construction company based in Ar-Ruwais, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates and we are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Construction Manager to join our team. As a Junior Construction Manager, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of various construction projects.

• Assist in the planning and coordination of construction projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
• Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues or conflicts.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management.
• Manage project budget and schedule to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
• Communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and other team members.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in construction management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Proven ability to read project plans and specifications.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work on-site at various locations as needed.
