We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Ar-Ruwais, providing guidance and supervision to our team of workers. The successful candidate will have previous experience in project management and a strong understanding of construction processes.

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
• Oversee and coordinate the work of subcontractors and construction workers
• Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule
• Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
• Review project plans and specifications to identify any potential issues or conflicts
• Monitor progress and quality of work throughout the construction process
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Resolve any problems or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with project management software
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field

This is an urgent position with a competitive salary of 1800$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates. We welcome applicants of all nationalities with relevant experience. Applicants must have their own visa for working in Ar-Ruwais.
