We are seeking a qualified Construction Manager to oversee our projects in the city of Ar-Ruwais. As a Malayalee, you will bring your expertise and experience in construction management to ensure the successful completion of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for managing the construction team, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, monitoring progress and budget, and collaborating with other departments to ensure timely project delivery.
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month. English language proficiency is not required for this role. However, previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Accommodation will not be provided for this position. A valid biometric passport is required for employment.
As our Construction Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects in Ar-Ruwais. Your attention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks will be essential in ensuring that our projects are completed within budget and on schedule. You must also have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Manage construction teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor progress and budget of projects
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely project delivery
- Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding project updates
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
