Petroleum Engineer

A leading oil and gas company in Ar-Ruwais, Egypt is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Petroleum Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drilling and production operations, as well as experience in reservoir engineering. • Conduct research and analysis to identify potential oil and gas reserves
• Design, plan, and supervise drilling operations
• Monitor production rates and implement strategies to maximize efficiency
• Analyze well performance data to identify areas for improvement
• Develop plans for enhanced oil recovery techniques
• Collaborate with geologists and geophysicists to determine optimal well placement
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on drilling operations
• Strong understanding of reservoir engineering principles
• Proficiency in industry software such as Petrel or Eclipse
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
