• Analyzing production data, identifying areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions, and monitoring their effectiveness.
• Maintaining quality control standards and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
