Indian Merchandiser in Ar-Ruwais

We are seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and customer engagement. You will work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences, and use your creative skills to develop attractive displays and promotions. The ideal candidate should have experience in merchandising, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team.

This is a part-time position with a salary of 1200$, including accommodation.

• Develop merchandising plans that align with company goals and customer preferences
• Collaborate with sales team to understand customer needs and provide input on product selection
• Create eye-catching displays to showcase products and attract customers
• Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking based on sales trends
• Regularly review pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness in the market
• Analyze sales data and make adjustments as needed to maximize profits
• Train store staff on merchandising techniques and educate them on product features
• Attend trade shows or events as needed to promote products and gather market insights

• Minimum of 2 years experience in merchandising or related field
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
• Creative mindset with an eye for appealing displays
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Proven track record of increasing sales through effective merchandising strategies
