We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our retail store team in the bustling city of Ar-Ruwais. Our ideal candidate would have experience in visual merchandising and a passion for creating eye-catching displays that will attract and engage customers. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining visual guidelines and standards, ensuring that our store is always visually appealing.

This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and has excellent communication skills.

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to increase sales and enhance the customer experience
• Create attractive displays that showcase our products and promotions in an appealing manner
• Ensure all merchandise is displayed according to company standards and guidelines
• Collaborate with the buying team to ensure proper product placement based on sales data
• Continuously monitor inventory levels and restock as needed
• Stay updated on current fashion trends, market trends, and competitor activities
• Train new employees on visual merchandising techniques to maintain consistency throughout the store

• Minimum of 2 years experience in visual merchandising or a related field
• Knowledge of current fashion trends, market trends, and competitor activities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with the buying team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

• Biometric passport or valid residency permit for non-nationals
• Proficiency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
• Experience working with students or prior experience as a student yourself
