Courier Delivery Associate

As a Courier Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for delivering packages and documents to designated locations in a timely and efficient manner. You will be required to navigate through Ar-Ruwais using maps or GPS, and must have a valid biometric passport for identification purposes. This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have a strong work ethic.

• Deliver packages and documents to assigned locations within designated time frames
• Use maps or GPS to navigate through Ar-Ruwais
• Ensure safe handling and transportation of packages
• Collect payments from customers when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries made
• Report any delays, issues, or customer concerns to the appropriate supervisor
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company

• Must be an Indian national with a valid biometric passport
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to navigate using maps or GPS systems
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy packages (up to 50lbs)
• Strong work ethic with excellent time management skills
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer concerns professionally
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
