Administrative Manager Vacancy in Al-Wakra, Qatar

Administrative Manager in Al-Wakra, Qatar. We are hiring an experienced and efficient Administrative Manager to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative processes. You will work closely with various departments to ensure efficient communication and coordination. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the office, including managing schedules, appointments, and deadlines.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and timely completion of projects.
  • Manage the recruitment process for new employees, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientations.
  • Handle employee inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with budget planning.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of biometric passport processes is preferred.
