A reputable company in Umm‑Said is looking for a highly organized and efficient Indian Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time‑management skills as well as the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at once.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the team including managing calendars, scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Prepare and edit documents, reports and presentations
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with data entry, record keeping and file management
- Coordinate meetings and events including arranging catering and setting up conference rooms
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
Arabic is a plus - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Power Point
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail with strong problem‑solving skills
Competitive salary of $1,000 per month for this full‑time position.
