Administrative Manager
We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Manager to join our team in Al-Wakra. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists and office assistants
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining supplies, scheduling appointments, and managing budgets
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback, coaching, and training as needed
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and government agencies
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Plan and organize company events or meetings as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Indian nationality preferred
