HSE Officer

HSE Officer at Chain Link Industries Factory in Al-Wukayr, WAK, QA. This Full time on site position offers great opportunities for career growth.

We are looking for a qualified and experienced HSE Officer for a temporary/project-based requirement. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HSE policies, site safety requirements, and applicable client/project standards.

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures at the project/site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions.
• Ensure compliance with PTW, risk assessment, and safe work procedures.
• Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure adherence to HSE requirements.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and HSE inductions.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and prepare reports.
• Maintain HSE documentation, records, and inspection reports.
• Coordinate with project management and relevant authorities/client representatives on HSE matters.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with site safety requirements.

• Valid PTW (Permit to Work) & FTW (Fit to Work) – Mandatory
• QE Approval – Mandatory
• NEBOSH – Mandatory
• IOSH – Mandatory
• H2S Certification – Mandatory
• First Aid & CPR Certification – Mandatory
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an HSE/Safety Officer in construction, industrial, fabrication, or project environments.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar HSE requirements and site safety practices.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
