- Nationality:
Indian - Age Limit: 30-40 years
- Education:
Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an accredited Indian university, with the qualification acceptable to Qatar’s relevant authorities for recognition, MOFA attestation and engineering registration. - Qualifications from IITs, NITs, BITS , SPA or CEPT are preferred.
- Certification. Valid PMP certification issued by PMI Experience.
- 8-10 + years of relevant experience;
Qatar/GCC experience is an added advantage - Area of experience:
Post-contract construction management or construction supervision UPDA/MMUP. - Valid registration required for candidates already based in Qatar.
- For candidates recruited from India, registration eligibility should be verified.
- Training and awareness:
Training in construction management and project consultancy preferred; awareness of information security requirements and controls required. - Software Literacy:
Proficiency in project management and collaboration platforms, such as Procore, Aconex, Primavera P6 and MS Project.
