Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and handle inquiries professionally
- Receive vehicles and coordinate service requests with staff
- Supervise daily car wash and auto care operations
- Organize staff duties and assign daily tasks
- Monitor customer payments, cash collection, and daily records
- Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and smooth workflow at the facility
- Follow up with customers and maintain high service quality
- Female candidate preferred
- Filipino or Nepali nationality preferred
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or supervision
- Good command of English
- Strong communication and organizational skills
