Resident Engineer

The incumbent of this post shall be responsible for the supervision of construction works.

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited University to the approval of the Engineer.
• Minimum 20 years of demonstrable experience in all aspects of management and supervision of multi-disciplinary civil engineering construction projects including 8 years in a similar position responsible for the supervision and management of similar or large‑scale Design / Build Projects.
• Must be familiar with Design / Build contract works and must have work experience in at least two (2) similar or large size civil engineering projects comprising large earth works, soil rehabilitation, road, landscape works etc.
• Knowledge of the Qatari / GCC Standards and specifications will be added advantage. Knowledge of QATAR CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS in particular is preferred.
• Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in written technical skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
• Computer skills are mandatory.
