Job Description

* Key Responsibilities:

*** + Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.  + Monitor project progress against approved baselines and identify delays, risks, and critical activities.  + Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and schedule updates.  + Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure alignment with project milestones.  + Analyze schedule deviations and recommend corrective and recovery actions.  

+ Support resource planning, look-ahead schedules, and progress forecasting.  + Assist in preparing project reports, progress presentations, and contractual schedule submissions.
** Qualifications and

Experience:

*** + Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.  + Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in large-scale infrastructure, water, or sewage treatment plant projects.  + Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Excel.  + Strong analytical, reporting, coordination, and communication skills.  + GCC experience is preferred, with Qatar experience considered an advantage.
