Housekeeping Manager - Umm-Said

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Umm-Said. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in housekeeping management and be able to effectively lead a team of housekeeping staff. They should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work with a diverse group of employees.

• Oversee all aspects of housekeeping operations, including scheduling, training, and performance management for housekeeping staff
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met throughout the property
• Create and implement efficient cleaning procedures to maximize productivity and minimize costs
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and identify areas for improvement
• Respond promptly to guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping services
• Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a housekeeping management role
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment used in commercial settings
• Ability to communicate effectively with both employees and guests from diverse backgrounds
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Prior experience working in the hospitality industry is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.
