We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Social Media Manager to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will be a storyteller at heart with a proven track record of growing digital communities and managing multi-platform social strategies.
Candidate Requirements- Nationality: Filipino (Female)
- Age: 23–35 years old
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site at our office in Doha, Qatar

- Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement across Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, X, and Linked In.
- Content Management: Manage content calendars and daily publishing for multiple accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Growth & Engagement: Drive follower growth and improve engagement metrics through optimized posting times, reels, stories, and hashtag strategies.
- Paid Advertising: Plan and monitor paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI and reach; oversee marketplace performance on platforms like Amazon and Noon.
- Analytics: Track KPIs and deliver detailed monthly performance reports using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and third-party tools.
- Community Management: Respond to audience interactions in real-time to build loyalty and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work alongside designers and marketing teams; manage influencer partnerships and User-Generated Content (UGC) integration.
- Trends & Innovation: Lead trend research and A/B testing on creatives/captions to stay ahead of algorithm changes and competitor activities.
- Proven experience in managing professional social media accounts.
- Expertise in short-form video content (Tik Tok/Reels) and professional storytelling (Linked In).
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite
, Hootsuite, and digital ad optimization. - Strong ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable content shifts.
- Excellent communication skills and a creative eye for digital aesthetics.
