Role Overview
The UI/UX Specialist will support the enhancement of user experience across internal portals business applications and investor-facing platforms. The role focuses on designing intuitive accessible and visually consistent user interfaces while collaborating closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation.
Key Skills & Expertise- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma Adobe XD Sketch
- Ability to produce wireframes prototypes user flows and conduct usability testing
- Strong knowledge of responsive design accessibility principles and mobile-first design
- Collaboration with development teams to ensure accurate delivery of design specifications
- UX Certification such as:
- Nielsen Norman Group (NN/g)
- Interaction Design Foundation (IDF)
- or equivalent professional UX accreditation
- 57 years of experience in UI/UX design preferably within enterprise-level environments
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing web and mobile application interface design
- Experience applying user-centric design methodologies and accessibility standards.
