Sports Business Systems Analyst

Overview

Job Role:

Business analysis in sports business systems including Facility Management Systems, Event Applications, Venue Applications, Mobile Applications and integration with third party systems.

• Elicitation and development of business and functional requirements for events and venue management systems; experience in the roll out of venue and events management systems; acting as an SME for processes in core sports domain; development of functional design for event and venue management solution; and managing a team of analysts, business and functional representatives, architects.

• Minimum 8 years of work experience in the IT industry with 2 years in positions and responsibilities within IT Applications Delivery domain or IT Project Management or IT Business Analysis domain.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or Engineering or related field, or a Bachelor’s degree holder with certification in PMP / Prince
  2. Business Analysis Certification is preferred.

• Extensive domain knowledge in event and venue management; technical proficiency in business analysis; proficiency in multiple business analysis techniques and modelling approaches; proficiency in SDLC, requirements engineering, process mapping and re-engineering; and functional design. PMP certification is preferred.
