Purpose:

To communicate with foreman to carry out the job in a systematic and professional method. To communicate with the people inside the organization. Advantage to communicate with people in the region during work. External Communication: N/A

Purpose:

N/A Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Accountability:
Are accountable for their acts and omissions. Responsibility:
To follow agreed safe systems of work; to follow training and instructions; and to report accidents, incidents and near misses. Authority:
To stop work if they think the work is unsafe.

• Carry out grit blasting, sand blasting and painting works.
• Operate jet washing and steam washing equipment.
• Operate Man lift equipment and obtain certificates.
• Ensure all works are carried out in a safe manner and in compliance with divisions Quality Assurance procedures and Quality Manuals.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.
• Follow specified systems, processes and procedures to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and other requirements/standards.
• Work safely at all times, protecting the health and safety of everyone in the workplace.

Education & Professional

Qualification:

Primary school education. Experience certificate or vocation training.

Professional

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in operating grit blasting machines and painting. Shipyard and marine experience will be preferred.

Geographic

Experience:

Records of good company work experience.

Computer

Skills:

Not required.

Language

Skills:

Arabic / Hindi / English language knowledge will be an added advantage.

Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge: Experience certificate from heavy engineering organizations.
