A leading energy company in Qatar is seeking an experienced Area Operator to operate and monitor process units within its condensate refinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining operational integrity and supporting production targets while adhering to strict safety and quality standards. A minimum of 5-10 years' hands-on experience in refinery operations is required, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Rotating shifts and outdoor work conditions are part of the role.
