Protection Officer

A reputable security company in Al-Wakra, Qatar is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Protection Officer to join our team of professionals. As a Protection Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises, assets, and personnel. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1400 per month.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular patrols to monitor the premises and identify potential security threats
- Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to alarms or incidents promptly
- Perform access control duties by checking identification and ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises
- Conduct thorough searches of vehicles, packages, and individuals as necessary
- Respond to emergency situations such as fires or medical emergencies according to established procedures
- Write detailed reports on incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary

Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in criminal justice or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role; military or law enforcement experience is a plus
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods; capable of carrying heavy equipment or performing physical tasks
- Excellent communication skills in English;
Arabic knowledge is an advantage
- Strong observation and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of security procedures and protocols
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions
- Valid driver's license
