Security specialist vacancy in Umm-Said Qatar

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Specialist to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. As a Security Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the organization’s premises, personnel, and assets.

• Conduct regular security assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement necessary measures to mitigate risks.
• Develop and maintain security protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and other security equipment to detect suspicious activity.
• Conduct investigations into security breaches or incidents and provide detailed reports to management.
• Train employees on security awareness and emergency response procedures.
• Coordinate with external agencies such as police or fire department in case of emergencies.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest security technologies and trends to make recommendations for improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Security Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
• Familiarity with biometric passport systems is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to calmly handle stressful situations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
