Security specialist

As a leading security company in Umm-Said we are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for security and are looking to make a difference in their community.

• Conduct thorough security assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities
• Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of our clients employees and assets
• Monitor security systems including CCTV cameras and alarm systems and respond promptly to any suspicious activity
• Train employees on security measures and procedures ensuring compliance at all times
• Conduct investigations into security incidents and provide detailed reports for management
• Stay updated on industry developments and trends to continuously improve our security measures

• Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice Security Management or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Nepali nationality preferred but open to all nationalities
• Must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends if needed

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month with opportunities for growth within the company.

This position is based in Umm-Said but may require occasional travel within the country.
