Protection Officer - Safety and Security (Indian Nationals)

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Protection Officer to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As part of our safety and security team, the selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our organization, staff, and assets. This position is specifically open to Indian nationals with excellent English communication skills.

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety and security protocols
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans
• Monitor premises to prevent unauthorized access or potential threats
• Train staff on emergency procedures and response plans
• Coordinate with local authorities for emergency situations
• Conduct investigations into security breaches or incidents
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents and reports
• Stay updated on current security trends, threats, and best practices

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as a Protection Officer or similar role in a high-risk environment
• Excellent knowledge of safety and security protocols, procedures, and equipment
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Physically fit with strong problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
