Protection Officer (Indian Nationals)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Protection Officer to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to utilize your language skills and cultural understanding to effectively communicate with local communities. This is a full-time position that does not include accommodation.

• Conduct regular patrols and monitor the premises to ensure the safety and security of all individuals within the designated area.
• Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies, taking necessary action to resolve the situation.
• Communicate with local authorities and community members in a respectful manner, building positive relationships and promoting a safe environment.
• Conduct thorough investigations of any incidents or misconduct, documenting all findings in detailed reports.
• Implement and enforce security policies and procedures, promoting a culture of safety within the organization.
• Provide support and assistance to individuals who may feel threatened or require protection.

• Must be an Indian national with excellent proficiency in English.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a multicultural environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
• Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
