We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Specialist to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. As a security specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our company's assets, employees, and facilities. This position is open to both Malayalee and Egyptian candidates.

• Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential threats or vulnerabilities.
• Monitor surveillance systems and respond to any security breaches or incidents.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with security standards.
• Train employees on security procedures and emergency protocols.
• Investigate any security incidents or breaches and provide appropriate solutions.
• Keep up-to-date with current security trends, technologies, and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Security Specialist or similar role.
• Understanding of security protocols and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of surveillance systems and other relevant technology.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
