Cumberland Supply, LLC. is searching for an accounting assistant to join its growing and quickly expanding team! The ideal candidate is a conscientious, detail-oriented, and task-oriented self-starter with a desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable (A/R):
  Process mail-in checks via Paradigm ERP software.
• Resolve customer account inquiries and discrepancies over the phone and via Microsoft Outlook.
• Process invoices and customer statements on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Accounts Payable (A/P):
  Partner with our purchasing team to store, reconcile, and pay vendor invoices with Docu Ware software.
• Process employee payroll via Paycor software.
• Opportunities for growth and expansion!

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of prior customer service experience required.
• 6 months of experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
• Previous experience with ERP systems, Quick Books, Paycor, and Docu Ware preferred.
• Experience with B2B negotiation and consultation is a plus.
