Staff Accountant

Well-Established Trucking and Distribution Company Seeking a Staff Accountant for the Finance and Accounting Department. Help support daily accounting operations and financial reporting for a growing company. This role focuses on accuracy, reconciliation, and month-end support across multiple business units.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday | Office Hours (Possible Mandatory Overtime)

Pay: $26.00 per hour

• Maintain general ledger and post journal entries
• Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts
• Assist with month-end close and financial reports
• Process invoices and payments
• Support audits and compliance activities

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Accounting experience preferred
• Knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles
• Experience with accounting software and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organization
