Bilingual Order Entry Clerk
Location: Cottondale, AL 35453
Employment Type: Contract
Pay: $15–$16 / hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Responsibilities- Customer service: process customer orders and route calls to correct departments
- Enter sales orders in Oracle and provide pick lists to warehouse for shipment from stock
- Enter purchase orders to vendors for drop shipment of items not in stock in Alabama
- Process payments and provide tracking information to customers
- Scan folders and archive documentation; provide RMA to customer when necessary
- Respond to additional assistance after shipment if there are delays or questions
- Strong administrative skillset
- Bi‑lingual (Spanish)
- Familiar with shipping software and Oracle
- Flexible to weekends/overtime when needed
- Must have own transportation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Weekly pay

- 40‑hour service bonus after 1 year of continuous service (1500 hrs)
- 6 paid holidays after 1 year of continuous service (1500 hrs)
